About shipping - Shipping zones

We ship to all the national territory, except Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands. In Europe, we ship from the online store to Portugal. France, Germany, Ireland and Austria (Rest of EU countries, check shipping costs by email). Any other questions, please contact us by WhatsApp +34 629215263.

About shipping - Delivery time and shipping

Orders placed before 10:00 noon will be shipped (Monday to Friday) to the carrier within 24 hours. Other delays may be due to a lack of stock in the manufacturing process. Also note that on Saturdays and Sundays our carrier does not deliver, for example: if you have ordered on Friday before 10:00h. with 24/48 hours service, you will receive it between Monday or Tuesday. Other reasons for delays in delivery may be due to exceptional situations such as: storms that prevent the normal movement of vehicles, states of alert etc., in these cases we can not guarantee the 24/48 hours because it is not guaranteed by our transport agency. You should know that Saturdays, holidays (local or national) also delay the delivery service because the factory is closed.

About shipping - Factory pick up

You can come to pick it up at our facilities and it is free of charge. But in this case you have to take into account our schedule and let us know in advance by email, WhatsApp +34 629215263. Pick up hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00h.-12:00h. (continuous) - Saturdays (closed).

About shipping - How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost is calculated according to the weight of the order. Over 50€ of purchase the shipping is free. The exact price of shipping is shown on the page that summarizes the purchase at the time of order confirmation. View more in: Shipping and Delivery.

About the product - How to select the fragrances in an assortment pack

Select the product that you have assortment of aromas. Notice that below where it says its price there is a section and in it some empty fields for you to select the scents by clicking on each one of them. Once you have selected them, click on buy and wait for a confirmation message: it will tell you that everything went well. Now all you have to do is add it to your cart.

About the product - What is the difference between LIT Ecologic and EDER Natural air fresheners?

LIT is our best known brand and has been introduced in the clothing retail market since the 1960s. EDER was launched as a brand for distributors, export and online sales in 2000. Both air fresheners are natural, dye-free, high quality eau de toilette type fragrances. LIT has a slightly more intense formulation unlike Eder, being already Eder a high quality and in perfect competitiveness, as well as duration among the best brands of air fresheners in the market. About payment methods - Is there a commission for Cash on Delivery?

Cash on delivery has a commission charged by the shipping agency. The additional cost is 2% of the purchase price, with a minimum of 1.50 € handling fee. This payment method is only offered in Spain and Portugal.

About the payment methods - Payment by credit card: VISA Mastercard SERVIRED

It is a safe option because you do it through a secure gateway with Servired, directly in your bank and not from our online store. The store automatically directs you there and when you finish the payment you will be redirected back to our store. In this sense, the confidential payment data is transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the financial institution.

About returning products ( return of products-cancellation) - Can I exchange or return purchased items?

If you are not interested in the order or part of it, you have 14 calendar days after receipt of the product to return it. The return applies to products sent in good condition. The products must be returned in their original packaging without having been used, unopened, and with the gifts sent with the order (if any). Important. The right of return may not be exercised on those products that, for health or hygiene reasons, are delivered sealed and when the item being returned is not exactly the one purchased, has been unsealed after delivery, is not in perfect condition and has been opened or used.
