For what reasons can I return an product??

If the customer is not satisfied with the product, the maximum period to request a return is 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order for products of our own manufacture.
Barri Perfumes reminds its customers that cosmetic products (perfumes, cleaners, air fresheners) should be stored away from humid places, extreme temperatures or very intense direct light. All cosmetic products that have not been stored under these conditions will be excluded from the warranty.

In these cases, collection and shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Are there any particular items that I cannot return??

Yes, some products cannot be returned:

  • In the case of cosmetic and hygiene products (perfumes, essential oils, cleansers, etc.), for health and hygiene reasons. In accordance with article 103.e, the right of return cannot be exercised for products that are not returned duly sealed and sealed, so please check the material you have received before opening it.
  • Nebulizing machines (NebuLITa, NebuLITPro, and NebuLITBig), once unsealed and used with essential oils, whether manufactured by us or by third parties.

Conditions for returning a product

  • No return will be made unless previously communicated in writing.
  • We will not accept returns of products that are not in perfect condition, with all its accessories, with no missing parts, with the original manuals and without attached labels.
  • All products must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition.
  • Excepted from the right of return are products that have been unsealed after delivery.
  • We cannot accept the return of broken, unsealed, opened or used products for hygienic reasons. These products will only be guaranteed when they arrive broken or in poor condition to the customer, who must notify the incident immediately providing evidence or photographs of the damage if requested.
  • The nebulizer machines must be returned in the same conditions of delivery. This implies that the machine has not been manipulated or modified. It is mandatory that you send it in its original packaging, with all its accessories, manuals and proof of purchase (invoice or ticket).

How to return a product

Send the product in the original packaging. Add inside the box the invoice or purchase receipt. Send the package back to us Freight Paid.
Once we receive the merchandise and after verifying its condition, we will proceed to the payment of the corresponding amount.

As the return is not carried out by our transport service, Barri does not guarantee the transit time of the shipment, nor its good conditions. You will be solely responsible for any diminished value of the merchandise resulting from handling other than what is necessary for proper preservation of the product, or loss of the product.

Refund of the amount

The return costs are at the customer's expense regardless of whether or not the customer has paid for shipping (in the case of free shipping), as well as handling fees.

We will only reimburse shipping costs related to returns in case of: damaged, defective or wrongly sent items. Once the product has been registered at our facilities and our quality team has verified that it is in good condition, we will proceed with the refund.
